Warranty

1. Advice provided by our agents during phone or online orders is based solely on the information given by the purchaser, without any inspection. Therefore, this advice is merely indicative, and we recommend that purchasers verify it before placing an order. If advice is given after a visual inspection, it is considered an opinion only. The goods supplied are intended for their common purpose and not for any alternative uses. Our company cannot accept liability for any failures resulting from such alternative uses, modifications, or amendments
   
2. For trade buyers, our company disclaims any liability related to express or implied conditions, warranties, or representations regarding the supplied goods. Trade buyers are responsible for insuring against losses arising from any breach of this agreement and must maintain adequate insurance coverage.
   
3. Goods ordered may not be compatible with modified or altered vehicles. If compatibility issues arise due to such modifications, our company may, at its discretion, accept the return of these goods and issue a refund or credit, except for items specifically ordered for the purchaser, which are non-returnable.
   
4. If a buyer claims that purchased goods are defective, they must return the items for inspection before any replacements are issued. Buyers should notify the seller of any defects or interruptions before seeking assistance from third parties or incurring additional expenses, allowing the seller the opportunity to address the issue. Any parts modified by the purchaser will no longer be covered under warranty, and the company is not liable for failures resulting from such modifications.
   
5. For secondhand goods that are defective, incorrectly supplied, or delayed, the company excludes liability for any resulting losses, including fitting or labor charges, loss of earnings, or inconvenience. Additionally, we accept no liability for death or personal injury unless directly caused by our negligence.
   
6. The company is not liable for failures to supply or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including strikes, civil disputes, acts of God, war, or actions by third parties.
   
7. This Agreement does not confer any benefits to individuals not named as purchasers under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or for any other purpose.
   

Returns

Goods purchased and delivered can be returned to the Company for credit within 14 days of receipt. A credit note may be issued, subject to additional terms and conditions.

To return goods, the purchaser must complete a Return Authorisation Form and obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returns without this number will be rejected.

The Return Authorisation Form must include:
1. Reason for return (e.g., defective goods, incorrect items, or order cancellation).
2. For incorrect items, a description of the discrepancies and, if necessary, photographic evidence.
3. For damaged items, a description of the damage to both the parts and packaging, along with photographic evidence if applicable.
4. For defective goods, a description of the defect and supporting diagnostic logs for electrical components to confirm proper coding and adaptation.

Once a Return Authorisation Number is issued, goods must be returned within 14 days. Please note:
- Damaged items will be rejected.
- Modified or tampered items will be rejected.
- Items with removed markings will be rejected.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND LIABILITY

24. Clauses 25, 26, 27, and 28 apply exclusively to individuals purchasing goods as consumer buyers who reside within the European Economic Community, where the rights established by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations are applicable.

25. A Consumer Buyer has the right to cancel any contract for goods purchased through distance communication, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, within seven working days of receiving the goods. Special order items are non-returnable under this clause. To cancel the contract, the Consumer Buyer must send a Written Notice, signed and clearly stating the Company’s Sales Order Number along with their name and address, to the Company’s registered office via post.

26. Upon receipt of a Written Notice of Cancellation in accordance with clause 24, the Consumer Buyer is responsible for returning the goods to the Company immediately, to the address specified by the Company, in their original packaging (uninstalled, unused, and with all seals and enclosures intact) and at the Consumer Buyer’s expense.

27. If the Consumer Buyer does not return the goods as per clause 25 within 14 days of contract cancellation, the Company has the right to collect the goods from the Consumer Buyer and recover any reasonable costs incurred during this collection.

28. The Company will issue a refund for any money owed to the Consumer Buyer regarding the goods within 14 days from the cancellation date or the date the goods are received by the Company. This refund may be subject to any deductions the Company is entitled to under clause 26.

29. Goods purchased and delivered can be returned to the Company in their original packaging (uninstalled, unused, and with all seals and enclosures intact) for credit within 14 days of receipt, subject to a restocking fee of at least 20% of the order value (Distance sales are exempt from this fee). Credit will require proof of purchase and the return of goods at the buyer's expense

30. The Trade Buyer agrees to indemnify the Company against any actions, claims, demands, penalties, and costs incurred by third parties or the Company related to tort, contract, patent infringements, or any issues arising from the goods, their delivery, unloading, or work performed by the Company per the buyer's specifications.

31. The Buyer confirms compliance with all rules and instructions regarding the installation and use of the product and acknowledges that the Company will not accept liability for any losses resulting from improper, misdirected, or unqualified installation or use
