Returning an Item


Goods purchased from VS Breakers Ltd / Volvo Saab Breakers may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.


To request a return, customers must first obtain a Return Authorisation Number before sending any goods back.


Returns received without authorisation may be refused.


Return Conditions


Returned items must:


- Be unused and uninstalled

- Be in original condition

- Include all markings, labels, and seals

- Be securely packaged


We cannot accept:


- Damaged items

- Modified or tampered items

- Parts with removed identification markings

- Special order or non-stock items


Faulty or Incorrect Goods


If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us immediately with:


- Your order details

- A description of the issue

- Supporting photographs where applicable

- Diagnostic reports for electrical components if required


All faulty goods must be returned for inspection before replacements or refunds are issued.


Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.


Consumer Cancellation Rights


Consumer buyers purchasing online or via distance selling may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving goods in accordance with UK consumer regulations.


Returned items must be:


- Unused

- Uninstalled

- Complete

- In original packaging


The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.


Restocking Charges


Returned goods may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% for non-distance sales orders.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for arranging safe return delivery unless otherwise agreed.
